Copyright
I think that the countries in Good Copy Bad Copy make our copyright issues look giant. Like Africa, they don't have any copyright laws because the Producers are close enough to the market to have a presence to defer the black market. In our country we should have had something a long time ago that worked for all parties. I do not think we could ever get to a point where we wouldn't need copyright laws, but we need a law that not only protects the original artists/producers and pays them, but allows our upcoming artists and producers able to use their creativity freely. In that way I agree with what the short lecture video was trying to say.

Reading
I actually enjoyed these articles. The one on the ever-changing technologies thru the decades is something I agree with. Ever generation is going to have new/better technology that the previous generation is not going to like. Its the evolution of technology.
The google article I liked as well. I like what google is doing. They are staying ahead of an rapid changing industry and since they are so large so what if some of their ideas don't work. The majority of them do. In my mind they are taking necessary risks and with all risks some work and some don't. GO GOOGLE

Google?
I feel that google does make us smarter as long as you find sites that are trustworthy. Wikipedia is a open source and can not fully be trusted. But google allows us to find information, to learn the information, and to pass on the information quickly and efficiently. Its all about finding the right place thru Google!
Analog/Digital Readin
SO this weeks reading was confusing and not interesting to me. I feel that this type of stuff is for programmers and those types of careers. I do understand the difference between analog and digital, but the technology of digital is where our future is heading to. Its nice to visit the past but its also nice to have the easy use and care of digital items in our busy lives.

Question about homework?
So I read that article, and wondering if it mattered what we wrote on the class blog. Anybody know?
